Preamble

We are the students of the City of Malabon University
Imploring the aid of almighty God in order
to build an ethical and honorable student organization
and to stablish a decent and respected body
that shall act as one of the ambassador good will
of our institution. To promote brotherhood and camaraderie,
and to produce physically, mentally and morally
developed students through descipline.
Do order to promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws.
