Section 1: This organization shall be known as the Physical Education Club or the City of Malabon University (PFC-CMU)
Section 2: The domicile and principal office of the organization shall be at Student Affairs Office, City of Malabon University. Maya-maya corner Pampano St. Dagat-dagatan, City of Malabon.

Section 1: To Develop physical and mentally abilities of the students.
Section 2: To develop conciousness, confidence, descipline, and camaraderie among its members.
Section 3: To promote fellow ship and brotherhood among the student with in the university.
Section 4: To encourage the youth to became sports and academically oriented.
Section 5: To serve as role model in terms of interpersonal relationship to all the descipline among of the member.

Section 1: No students shall be deprived of their right to organization to promote their being.
Section 2: The organization has the right to be recognized of internal part in the community and nation building.
Section 3: The organization has the right to participate in the Institution's academic and non-academic activities.

Section 1: The member of this organization shall be composed of C.M.U Students.
Section 2: No specific grades shall be impose for those student who would want to be a member.
Section 3: Members shall renew their membership from July of the current school year up to june of the next school year, afterwards membership should be void.

Section 1: The member of this organization shall have the following rights and privileges;

☻ The rights to know the descussion in meeting of the organization except those of the regular meeting of the executive board.
☻ Right to vote, be voted, and all appointed to any official position in the organization. Provided he/she meets the qualifications required of the said position.
☻ The right to be informed of any project activities of the organization and to be participant in such undertakings.
☻ The right to enjoy all the benefit provided for every members in the organization.
Section 2: A membership fee of 30php(subject to change) shall be required to every students whose membership has been approved.
Section 3: Renewal of membership shall be maid semi annuallly on every July and November. This provision shall take effect one year upon approval.
Section 4: Members whose application has been approved shall be issue an ID which will be valid during the duration of his/her membership.
Section 5: It is the duty of the members to promote the objectives of the organization.

Section 1: The election of the roganization shall be held anytime in January at second semester of the school year masse in a general assembly held for that purpose.
Section 2: The election shall be by majority vote of the registered numbers present in the above meetings. Absentee shall forfeit there right to vote and be voted of the said election. In case of a position within only one candidate has applied, the majority vote of the voting members plus one (50%+1) are needed to make a election valid.
Section 3: No members shall be elected to more than one elective position.
Section 4: The set of officer shall be comprised by members from second year level of to the fourth year level;

☻ Vice-President
☻ Secretary
☻ Treasurer
☻ Auditor
☻ Press Relation Officer
Section 5: Chairperson of the committee shall be appointed by the executive board.
Section 6: The result of the election shall be final and shall be announced after the election in the university.

Section 1: The officers of the organization must meet the following qualification;

☻ They must be bonafide student of the university.
☻ They must be a member of the organization for one year prior to the school year they run for any position.
☻ The executive officer of the chairman of any cimmittee can't hold concurrent executive officers and/or chairmanship in any other organization.
☻ They must have been actively participating in the organization in and out campus activities.

Section 1: The executive officer shall be composed of the President, Vice-Prisedent, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor and Press Relation Officer, who shall be elected by members of the organization in a way stated under article VI of this code.
Section 2: The excemtion of the executive officers from the payment of membership fee shall defend upon the organization's coffer and/or the officer's decision.
Section 3: The president shall;
☻ Prepared the agenda and preside overall meeting;
☻ Sign all the documents and communication of the organization;
☻ Delegate works and assignments and responsibility to the other officer;
☻ Perform other function which are inherent to the position.
Section 4: The Vice-President shall;
☻ Perform the duties of the president in the absence or incapacity of the latter.
☻ Perform other functions inherent to the position.
Section 5: The secretary shall;
☻ Be accountable for safe keeping of records other documents of the organization.
☻ Prepared and filled all the communications and documents of the organization.
☻ Record all the proceeding of the meetings and present each of the meeting.
☻ Perform duties inherent to the position.
Section 6: The treasurer shall;
☻ Acts as the Committee on Budget.
☻ Assist the president in the safe keeping of funds and financial records of the organization.
☻ Presents financial reports to the organization through auditor.
☻ Perform other functions inherent to the position.
Section 7: The Auditor shall;
☻ Find responsibilities in establishing and maintaining an independent review and/or examination of all financial operation of the organization.
☻ Establish an accounting sustem suited to the needs of the organization.
☻ Audit the financial reports submitted by the treasurer.
☻ Preform other functions inherent to the position.
Section 8: The Press Relation Officer shall;
☻ Perform duties relating to academic oriented projects of the organization.
☻ Be responsible in giving proper and due pubilycity about the activities of the organization.
☻ Coordinate with the different in-campus organization and societies and act as the official representative in different meetings.
☻ Appoint representative from class presidents for each year level before registration of members.
☻ PErform other functions inherent to the position.

Section 1: Membership fee shall form part of the coffers of the organization.
Section 2: Proceeds from any fund raising projects sponsor by the organization shall also form part of the funds of the organization.
Section 3: No disbursement will be made from the fund without the official authorization of the president. It must be confirmed by the auditor.
